We are looking for a Full Time Barista to join our friendly team at The Barn Café!
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience and knowledge of coffee blends and brewing techniques would be highly advantageous, but more importantly we are looking for people who will always be professional, personable and will collaborate with our team to uphold quality standards and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and supplies.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and multitask effectively.
- Ensure all our customers receive a warm & friendly visit to our Café.
